We are proud to share our 2024 Impact Report, which highlights our continued efforts to improve our environmental stewardship, social responsibility and impact in the wider community. Reflecting on our efforts and initiatives from 2023, from our global stewardship strategy to charity partnerships, the report underscores our ongoing commitment to creating long-term stakeholder value – for our clients, our owners, our people and society.

2023 marked a milestone year in the sustainable investment proposition team, as the sustainable investment portfolios reached their five-year track record with continued growth in assets under management. Additionally, we continued to expand our stewardship strategy from a national to global strategy, leveraging regional expertise for more effective engagements. By partnering with the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust and engaging with organisations such as Climeworks, we looked to do what we can to mitigate climate change and promote biodiversity, in alignment with the commitment made by the Princely Family to achieve net zero across our operations and own investments by 2030.

Each year, we partner with a range of different charities proposed by our employees in recognition of the changing world that we live in and the areas that may need particular support. In 2023, we continued to work with several charities, including our main charity partner Demelza, through fundraising events and by offering opportunities for our people to volunteer.

“There’s excellent engagement. It’s always very gratifying to see our people genuinely embrace what we’re trying to do outside of the core day-to-day business.”

We look forward to continuing our efforts and remain dedicated to expanding our initiatives, championing social responsibility and making a meaningful impact in the wider community.
